2.2. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment whenever possible. However, if a refund to the original payment method is not feasible, we may offer a refund to any other e-wallet or bank account owned by the buyer.

3. Exchanges

3.2. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.

4. Shipping

4.1. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
